Washington (PA) company in need of an experienced Administrative Support candidate.  The selected candidate will be responsible for a variety of office and clerical functions in support of management and staff.  

Duties to include:

·       Greet customers on the phone and be able to provide requested information  

·       Maintain and update filing, inventory, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.

·       Coordinate all incoming and outgoing mail including UPS. Maintain a spreadsheet documenting packages sent and received.

·       Updates and provides spreadsheets of daily activity reports to the supervisor and the corporate office.

·       Works with Operations and EHS staff with contractor performance tracking and reports results to the operations team.

·       Prepare reoccurring reports including employee schedules, expense reports, and production activity reports for supervisors.

·       Retain production information from field personnel such as new well information, lease operating expenses, daily activity and non-activity reports, chemical use reports, volumes and flow rates; interpret the data and enter into spreadsheets that are reviewed by supervisor before being sent to other divisions for reporting purposes.

·       Codes and inputs payables for invoices.

·       Prepare field accruals and analyze actual performance versus projected expectations for review by senior level staff.

 

Requirements:

·       5+ years of experience to include performing a wide range of administrative support duties to mid and/or senior level management

·       Professional verbal and written communication skills

·       Proficient MSOffice skills to include PowerPoint; working knowledge of SharePoint

·       Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

·       Ability to work independently as needed while meeting deadlines

·       Team player willing to assist others as needed
