Pittsburgh area non-profit is in need of an experienced, part-time Bookkeeper.
Duties to include:
- Entering accounts payable invoices
- Processing expense reports
- Verifying proper approval of charges, processing payments, and filing related documentation
- Posting church contributions and sending member statements
- Making bank deposits
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Knowledge of accounts payable and basic accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and aptitude to learn financial reporting system
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organization skills
- Ability to communicate in written and oral forms with members, employees, and community.
- Highest level of discretion and diplomacy.
- 3-5 years related experience
