Pittsburgh area non-profit is in need of an experienced, part-time Bookkeeper.

Duties to include:

  • Entering accounts payable invoices
  • Processing expense reports
  • Verifying proper approval of charges, processing payments, and filing related documentation
  • Posting church contributions and sending member statements
  • Making bank deposits
  • Other administrative duties as assigned


  • Knowledge of accounts payable and basic accounting principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and aptitude to learn financial reporting system
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good organization skills
  • Ability to communicate in written and oral forms with members, employees, and community.
  • Highest level of discretion and diplomacy.
  • 3-5 years related experience
