Pittsburgh (Upper St. Clair) area health services provider is in need of an Administrative/Office Assistant.   

Duties to include:

  • Patient Liaison
  • Assisting Doctor, anticipate needs of Dr and patients
  • Handle all patient reports/documents/films/lab work
  • Compose all school excuse and recommendation letters
  • Flow of office / schedule
  • Patient education
  • In office talks and marketing, flyers
  • Supplement education
  • Monthly Newsletter
  • Support front desk
  • Supplies and inventory


·         Previous general office support experience (Medical office experience NOT required)

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Proficient PC/software skills

·         Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

·         Team player willing to help when/where needed

NOTE:  The weekly schedule is:  Monday, 8:30am – 7pm, Tuesday, 8:30am – 2:30pm, Wednesday, 8:30am – 7pm, Thursday, flexible hours, Friday, 7:30am – 5:30pm.
