Pittsburgh (Mt. Lebanon area) company in need of capable Office/Admin Assistant.

Duties to include:

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Prepare general correspondence and reports
  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Assist with payroll prep
  • A variety of other general office support duties


  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient MSWord skills; basic Excel and Outlook
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Previous payroll prep experience is a plus

NOTE: Schedule is 3 days per week…ideally M, Tu and Th but can be flexible
