Pittsburgh/Mount Lebanon area wholesale equipment supplier is in need of a part-time Administrative Support candidate. 

Duties to include:

·         Answer phones and direct calls

·         Provide quotes and take incoming orders

·         Coordinate meetings for training classes, vendor appointments and office deliveries

·         Work with vendors on marketing fund reimbursement, submission of bills

·         Assist purchasing as needed by expediting orders with vendors

·         A variety of related general office and clerical support duties

Requirements:

·         Previous like office and client support experience

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Proficient MSOffice skills

·         Working knowledge of QuickBooks

·         Basic understanding of bookkeeping/accounting a plus

·         Any experience within the wholesale distribution enviro is a plus

NOTE:  Schedule is 20-25 hours per week…can be flexible
