Pittsburgh (South Hills) area company in need of a professional candidate for their Receptionist/Office Assistant role.

Duties to include:

  • Answering / forwarding incoming calls
  • Meet and greet all visitors and clients
  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Preparation of basic correspondence and spreadsheets
  • A variety of general office support duties


  • Previous like receptionist/customer service experience
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient MSWord and Outlook skills, basic Excel skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Team player
