Pittsburgh area distribution company is in need of a Purchasing/Sales Assistant. 

Duties to include:

·        Scheduling of trucks for deliveries

·        Preparation of various reports and spreadsheets

·        Calendar management

·        Research on the best pricing options

·        Database input and management

·        A variety of related duties in support of sales and delivery departments

Requirements:

·        3+ years of relevant office support experience

·        Strong organizational and multitasking skills

·        Professional verbal and written communication skills

·        Proficient MSOffice skills with ability to learn new systems

·        Team player willing to help where and when needed
