Pittsburgh (Mount Lebanon) area financial service group is in need of an experienced Administrative Assistant.

Duties to include:

  • Preparation of correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations
  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Expense report processing
  • Client support and assisting with account management
  • A variety of related administrative/general office support duties


  • 3+ years of like experience
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient MSOffice skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Team player willing to assist when/where needed

NOTE: Experience with the financial services industry preferred.
