Pittsburgh (Mount Lebanon) area financial service group is in need of an experienced Administrative Assistant.
Duties to include:
- Preparation of correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Expense report processing
- Client support and assisting with account management
- A variety of related administrative/general office support duties
- 3+ years of like experience
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient MSOffice skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Team player willing to assist when/where needed
NOTE: Experience with the financial services industry preferred.
