Pittsburgh (Upper St. Clair) area law firm in need of professional Receptionist/Admin Support candidate.

·         Answer all incoming calls, help new potential clients, work to help existing clients 

·         Make outgoing calls on behalf of team

·         Draft letters, prepare exhibits and attachments, scan documents, and assemble final package

·         Calendar Management: scheduling and confirming appointments, use online scheduling tools

·         Open and scan incoming mail for digital archive, save to respective client folders

·         Basic admin support to executive team

·         Purchasing, inventorying, and maintaining office supplies


·         Previous like admin/office support experience (legal office experience a plus)

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Proficient MSOffice skills

·         Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

·         Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
