Pittsburgh (Greentree) area financial services group in need of qualified part-time Office/Compliance Assistant.
Duties to include:
- Scanning documents
- Organizing documents in Microsoft Teams folders
- Tracking documents and uploading to compliance system
- Data entry of various client files and related
- A variety of related admin and clerical support duties
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Professional communication skills
- Proficient MSOffice skills with ability to learn new software as needed
- Team player willing to assist where needed
- Any experience within the financial industry is a plus
NOTE: Schedule is 24-28 hours per week
