Pittsburgh (Greentree area) investment services group is in need of a professional Receptionist/Office Assistant. Selected candidate will perform all general office and clerical duties in an efficient, well-organized, and resourceful manner in support of managers and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare all correspondence, letters, proposals and presentation
- Schedule internal/external meetings, conference rooms and external locations
- Calendar management
- Prepare expenses for managers and staff
- Assist in preparation of meeting materials
- Work with teams to aid with general administrative needs/requests
Requirements:
- 2+ years of like administrative support experience
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter who is resourceful and highly professional with strong organizational skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
