Pittsburgh (Greentree area) investment services group is in need of a professional Receptionist/Office Assistant. Selected candidate will perform all general office and clerical duties in an efficient, well-organized, and resourceful manner in support of managers and staff.


  • Prepare all correspondence, letters, proposals and presentation
  • Schedule internal/external meetings, conference rooms and external locations
  • Calendar management
  • Prepare expenses for managers and staff
  • Assist in preparation of meeting materials
  • Work with teams to aid with general administrative needs/requests


  • 2+ years of like administrative support experience
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter who is resourceful and highly professional with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
