Pittsburgh (Greentree area) investment services group is in need of a professional Receptionist/Office Assistant. Selected candidate will perform all general office and clerical duties in an efficient, well-organized, and resourceful manner in support of managers and staff.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare all correspondence, letters, proposals and presentation
· Schedule internal/external meetings, conference rooms and external locations
· Calendar management
· Prepare expenses for managers and staff
· Assist in preparation of meeting materials
· Work with teams to aid with general administrative needs/requests
Requirements:
· 2+ years of like administrative support experience
· Professional verbal and written communication skills
· Self-starter who is resourceful and highly professional with strong organizational skills
· Proficient Microsoft Office skills
