Pittsburgh (Dormont area) retail sales office is in need of an experienced Office /Client Support Assistant.
Duties to include:
- Provide customer service to all potential clients (over the phone, walk-ins)
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Light PC work for document and spreadsheet management
- Log / reconcile all payments in to POS software
- Assist manager with a variety of general office support functions
Requirements:
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient PC skills with ability to learn new systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- General bookkeeping experience…knowledge of debits/credits and account reconciliations
- Ability to work independently/with minimal supervision
