Pittsburgh (Dormont area) retail sales office is in need of an experienced Office /Client Support Assistant.

Duties to include:

  • Provide customer service to all potential clients (over the phone, walk-ins)
  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Light PC work for document and spreadsheet management
  • Log / reconcile all payments in to POS software
  • Assist manager with a variety of general office support functions

Requirements:

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient PC skills with ability to learn new systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • General bookkeeping experience…knowledge of debits/credits and account reconciliations
  • Ability to work independently/with minimal supervision
