Pittsburgh area real estate management company is in need of an Administrative Assistant.

Duties to include:

  • Answer incoming calls and distribute as needed
  • Meet and greet all visitors and current clients
  • Preparation of general correspondence and spreadsheets
  • Assist with monthly newsletter
  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Process work orders
  • Other general office support duties as needed 

Requirements:

  • Previous like administrative/office support experience
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient MSWord, Excel and Outlook; Publisher a plus
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Team player
