Pittsburgh area international firm in need of capable candidate to fill the role of Membership Support Associate.

Responsibilities include:

· Develop a solid understanding of customer policies and procedures relating to chargebacks, membership and contracts.

· Following established procedures, process, validate and reconcile chargeback submissions in

accordance with customer contracts and company policies and procedures.

· Develop, maintain and enhance an effective working relationship with customer contacts; o provide a team approach to customer issue resolution.

· Present customer account status to supervisor / advisor.

· Resolve unmatched customer deductions, process credit memos and resolve unapplied cash in accordance with policies and procedures.

· Maintain accurate record of accounts receivable.

· Manage assigned accounts which includes, but not limited to, analyze and provide monthly reporting to customers, management and various departments, create/distribute all customer account correspondence and provide insight regarding customer feedback to internal departments.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· High school diploma required with 4-6 years of experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

· Professional verbal and written communication skills

· Proficient PC skills

· Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

· Self motivated with minimal direct supervision
