Canonsburg area company in need of capable administrative support candidate to assist staff members with a variety of general office/admin support duties to include:
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Phone coverage as needed
- Preparation of general correspondence and spreadsheets
- Data entry of client files
- Office supply management
- Other duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous like administrative support experience
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient MSWord and Outlook skills, basic Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
NOTE: This is a hybrid schedule…part work from office and part remote
