Canonsburg area company in need of capable administrative support candidate to assist staff members with a variety of general office/admin support duties to include:

  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Phone coverage as needed
  • Preparation of general correspondence and spreadsheets
  • Data entry of client files
  • Office supply management
  • Other duties as needed


  • Previous like administrative support experience
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient MSWord and Outlook skills, basic Excel
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

NOTE:  This is a hybrid schedule…part work from office and part remote
