Pittsburgh (Canonsburg) area corporation is in need of an Administrative Assistant within their legal department.

Duties to include:

  • Gathering documents and records
  • Verifying information via e-mail and telephone
  • Making revisions to contracts
  • Document prep and general data entry
  • A variety of clerical and general office support duties

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment,
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient MSOffice skills

NOTE: Legal experience is a plus but not required.
