Pittsburgh (South Hills) area company in need of a part-time Administrative Assistant.

Duties to include:

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Prepare business correspondence and spreadsheets
  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Assist with various project as needed
  • A variety of related general office support duties

Requirements:

  • Previous like experience
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient MSOffice skills
  • Comfortable working with figures
  • Team player

NOTE: This is a 3 day per week (Mon, Tue, Thur) schedule.
