Bridgeville area distribution company is in need of a capable Office Assistant.
Duties to include:
- Answering phones
- Providing customer service
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Prep basic business correspondence and spreadsheets
- A variety of related clerical and general office support duties
Requirements:
- Previous like general office support experience
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient MSWord and Outlook skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Team player willing to help where needed
NOTE: This is a 20 hours/5 days per week position. Can be somewhat flexible.
