Bridgeville area distribution company is in need of a capable Office Assistant.

Duties to include:

  • Answering phones
  • Providing customer service
  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Prep basic business correspondence and spreadsheets
  • A variety of related clerical and general office support duties

Requirements:

  • Previous like general office support experience
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient MSWord and Outlook skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Team player willing to help where needed

NOTE: This is a 20 hours/5 days per week position. Can be somewhat flexible.
