Pittsburgh area distribution company is in need of an ERP Operations Specialist.


·         Assist customers by forecasting, tracking inventory and communicating with Sales team

·         Process POs received via phone call, email or SAP system; confirm accurate pricing & availability

·         Assist with daily invoicing

·         Arrange outgoing freight to customers and incoming freight for inventory purposes

·         Prepare purchase orders to suppliers after verifying production lead times, pricing, specs and order quantities

·         Reconcile supplier statements and research any discrepancies

·         Identify opportunities to improve current processes, develop implementation and put into practice


·         Previous experience working manufacturing, distribution, production OR transportation environment

·         3+ years experience in AP/AR, customer service or inventory

·         3+ years experience working with an ERP system

·         Professional communication skills

·         Proficient PC skills

·         Self starter with a team attitude
