South Hills (Bethel Park) company is in need of an Office Assistant to provide general oversight of the office.

Duties to include:

·       Customer support mainly over the phone but some in office

·       Preparation of business correspondence and contracts

·       Scheduling and calendar management

·       Proofreading of contracts and related

·       A variety general office support duties

Requirements:

·       3+ years of like office support experience

·       Professional verbal and written communication skills

·       Proficient MSWord skills; working knowledge of Excel and Adobe Acrobat

·       Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

·       Team player and willingness to assist where/when needed
