Pittsburgh area building/structural design company is in need of a Sales Administrator.

Duties to include:

·         Preparation of quotes, correspondence, reports and related business communication

·         Scheduling and calendar management

·         Handle general inquiries from exiting/potential clients

·         Manage client data within tracking system

·         A variety of related admin/office support duties

Requirements:

·         3+ years of general administrative support experience

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Proficient MSOffice skills

·         Excellent detail and organizational skills

·         Team player
