Pittsburgh area manufacturing firm is in need of an Operations Manager.  The selected candidate will provide leadership and oversight of the company’s Customer Service/Customer Support department.

Duties to include:

·         Oversee the department as they are responsible from the order placement to delivery completion

·         Heavy input and tracking with company in-house database

·         Preparation of reports and spreadsheets

·         Scheduling and planning support

·         A variety of related general office and administrative support duties

Requirements:

·         Previous like experience within a manufacturing setting

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Working knowledge of MSWord and Excel, ability to learn new software as needed

·         Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
