Pittsburgh area health services organization is in need of an Intake Coordinator.

Duties to include:

·         Receive incoming calls from current/prospective clients

·         Assure that all needed paperwork and documentation is in place

·         Scheduling and appointment management

·         Data entry and maintenance of electronic files

·         Assist other departments/staff as needed

·         A variety of related general office support duties

Requirements:

·         Previous receptionist/client support experience

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Proficient software skills, ability to learn new software

·         Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

·         Previous medical office experience is a plus
