Pittsburgh (West Mifflin area) company in need of a Human Resources Generalist. Selected candidate will be fully involved in designing and administering human resources policies and procedures.
Duties to include:
· Collect and analyze HR data related to compensation, benefits, training, recruitment, etc., to determine improvements and report to management.
· Process paperwork for functional area according to established procedures
· Prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits and/or company policies
· 4+ years of like H.R. Generalist experience a must
· Bachelors degree strongly preferred
· Strong ability to be productive both independently and collaboratively
