Pittsburgh area university in need of experienced Administrative Assistant.
Duties to include:
· Answering calls and directing as necessary
· Providing quotes and comparisons for equipment needed on campus
· Ordering product from online outlets (Amazon, CDW, etc)
· Completing software renewals
· Managing the ITS software application renewal calendar
· Issue, process and track Purchase Orders
· Scheduling meetings with campus personnel, vendors, and outside parties
· Invoice approval and processing
· Tracking budgetary input and expense in Excel
· Working with Verizon to order phones and iPads for eligible employees
· Concur input of credit card expenses
· Fielding requests from ITS employees by email
· Working within a ticketing system to solve problems
Requirements:
- 3+ years of administrative support experience
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient MSOffice skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Adobe Suite a plus
