Pittsburgh area general contractor in need of an experienced Project/Admin Assistant.  The selected candidate will support the functions of the Project Managers and Senior Management team.    

Responsibilities include:

·       Communicating and coordinating with field personnel, customers, vendors and staff and performing associated document management.

·       Data entry, tracking, expediting, follow up, filing and coordination of project and office documents and processes including Bid Forms, Submittals, Billings, Change Orders, Purchase Orders, Plans, Specifications, RFI’s, Customer Billings

·       Coordinate and expedite material and subcontract deliveries

·       Monitor job progress, audit discrepancies, reconcile statements, and proactively manage receivables and collections

Requirements:

·       Previous like administrative support experience

·       Professional verbal and written communication skills

·       Proficient MSOffice skills

·       Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

·       Experience in project accounting and a detailed knowledge of contracts preferred

·       4 yr degree in business preferred

·       Associate Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience preferred
