Pittsburgh area non-profit in need of a capable Administrative Assistant.

Duties to include:

· Support membership application processes, maintaining membership files and producing periodic membership reports.

· Maintain all membership, mailing, and email lists

· Invite schools to participate; process submissions; organize the judging; prepare awards’ schedules award presentations.

· Arrange for members to visit with other members, support follow-up reporting

· Prepare documents, including instructions and ballots, for annual election

· Support member participation in the annual events; schedule airline flights and lodging for week-long events.

· Support with the preparations for the annual banquet and events.

· Coordinate document production and mailing for monthly meeting. (Executive Director)

· Provide general office support, phone coverage, sending and responding to (some) e-mail.


· Proficient MSWord and Excel skills; experience with QuarkXPress is preferred

· Comfortable with social media tools (Facebook) and ability to schedule virtual interviews on Zoom

· Professional verbal and written communication skills

· Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

· Team player willing to help others as needed
