Robinson Township area company in need of experienced Customer/Account Reps

Duties to include:

 

  • Receive, prioritize and enter customer orders into the SAP system in an efficient and timely manner to meet customer requirements.
  • Review orders for completeness and work with Pricing Specialist on orders that are incomplete due to missing pricing.
  • Confirm availability of material with SCM; monitor product allocations with both SCM and Market Managers when required.
  • Monitor and review orders daily to ensure freight orders and deliveries are created as required for on-time deliveries.
  • Process all customer inquiries and support answers to customers.
  • Back up customer service representative during busy times, vacation or training periods as well.
     

Requirements:

·         BA/BS degree and/or equivalent experience

·         SAP experience is preferred as well as previous customer service experience (3 to 5 years).

·         Strong organizational, communication and time management skills; a proficient working knowledge of Lotus Notes, MS Office Products and SAP.

·         Proficiency in prioritizing customer orders and sound decision making when circumstances arise.
