Tech Support Rep

Robinson Township area logistics support company is in need of a Tech Support Rep.

Duties to include:

· Support customers with sensor installation and troubleshooting

· Develop and maintain reports on activities and projects

· Perform any other duties as needed including staging and shipping

· Perform daily data analysis of customer hosted accounts

· Identify and resolve issues relating to hardware, data or connectivity

· Configure and test hardware products and equipment

· Assist in IT Operations as needed

Ideal candidate will have like experience and some computer networking experience or background.
