Pittsburgh (Robinson Township) area company in need of Customer Support Coordinator.  Selected candidate will provide administrative support functions to the office,  call center, account managers, and management group

Duties to include: 

·        Interacts with customers, provides information and answers inquiries about products, accounts, and services.

·        Answers service inquiry calls from customers or clients and dispatches the appropriate customer service associate to address questions.

·        Handles and resolves customer complaints/issues

·        Investigates and corrects errors, following company and customer standards.

·        Interviews customers to acquire data and explains available resources.

·        Coordinates customers service requirements with appropriate departments as necessary to ensure effective customer service and satisfaction.

·        Refers customer complaints regarding service or product shortcomings or errors to appropriate personnel for investigation and follow up.

·        Communicates solutions, successes, and opportunities to the management team.

·        Welcomes clients, vendors, applicants and/or visitors to the office

·        Maintains/orders office supply inventory to keep office equipment/kitchen adequately stocked

·        All other duties assigned

Requirements:

·        Ability to maintain composure in a fast paced office environment.

·        Ability to accurately and efficiently maintain records .

·        Confident decision-making, communication, and IT skills.

·        Ability to encourage and motivate people with responsibly.

·        Interest in helping and working with customers.

·        Ability to effectively prioritize.

·        Working knowledge of MSWord, Outlook and Excel

Note:  This position is primarily remote during COVID mitigation efforts.
