Pittsburgh (Greentree area) financial services company in need of capable candidate to fill the role of part-time Receptionist/Office Assistant.

Duties to include:

  • Answer and manage all incoming calls
  • Meet and greet all visitors
  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Preparation of general correspondence and spreadsheets
  • Data input of client file information
     

Requirements:

  • Previous like office support experience
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service/support skills
  • Proficient MSWord and Outlook skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
