Greentree area insurance firm is in need of an administrative assistant.
Duties to include:
- Preparation of general correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations
- Calendar / schedule management
- Answer incoming calls as needed
- Assist with various projects and events prep
- A variety of related administrative and general office support duties
Requirements;
- 3+ years of like administrative support experience
- Proficient MSOffice skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to meet deadlines within a (at times) faster paced office
