Greentree area insurance firm is in need of an administrative assistant.  

Duties to include:

  • Preparation of general correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations
  • Calendar / schedule management
  • Answer incoming calls as needed
  • Assist with various projects and events prep
  • A variety of related administrative and general office support duties

Requirements;

  • 3+ years of like administrative support experience
  • Proficient MSOffice skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines within a (at times) faster paced office
