Pittsburgh area professional services group is in need of an experienced Administrative Assistant.  The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations within the office environment by effectively executing assigned duties and tasks.  

Duties to include:
· Receives, greets, and directs visitors to appropriate company contact.

· Screens calls, takes messages or transfers to appropriate staff.

· Receives and dispatches package deliveries.

· Monitors and orders office supplies.

· Coordinates maintenance and repairs of office equipment.

· Maintains neat and organized office area.

· Assists in organizing in-house company functions and meetings.

· Prepares correspondence, mailings, and copies; scans paper records to electronic directories

· Updates and maintains data for existing clients in client relationship software, as directed.

· Supports administrative team across the organization, as needed.

· Drafts plan documents, summary plan descriptions, amendments, and notices for clients.

· Tracks activities and milestone dates in workflow software for plan document projects.

· Provides input to supervisors on areas that affect their own work.

Requirements:

· 2+ years of like experience within an administrative support role

· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Professional verbal and written communication

· Proficient MSOffice skills with ability to learn new software as

· Associates degree or better
