Pittsburgh area company in need of an Office Assistant.

Duties to include:

·       Provide professional service by assisting in resolving customer inquiries regarding deliveries and account status

·       Assist in organizing accounts for payment processing

·       Answer company phones (high volume at times)

·       Accurately input data related to customer order placement

·       Work to prioritize shipments to meet all customer needs

·       Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

·       Previous general office, customer service and data entry experience

·       Professional verbal and written communication skills

·       Proficient PC skills

·       Knowledge of DSD operations and distribution a plus

·       Ability to appropriately handle confidential information

·       Team player
