Pittsburgh (Crafton) area company is in need of a Customer Service Associate.

Duties to include:

·         Provides consistent, professional, courteous, and high-quality customer service

·         Answer company phones and input accurate customer orders in high call volume office.

·         Enter daily orders in the order entry-system.

·         Work with management to prioritize shipments to meet all customer needs.

·         Handle all production issues in a way that doesn’t hinder production and delivery.

·         Select carriers and third-party services and negotiate contracts and rates.

·         Schedule all product distribution and coordinate shipments for all locations.

·         Ensure all shipments comply with interstate traffic laws and regulations.

·         Track and report shipment results.

Requirements:

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Excellent interpersonal skills

·         Working knowledge of Excel and Outlook

·         Basic math and excellent customer service skills

·         Strong organizational and analytical skills

·         Knowledge of logistics and inventory software a plus
