Duties to include:
- Assist with various projects
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Preparation of general correspondence and spreadsheets
- Data input of client file information
- Answer department phones as needed
Requirements:
- Previous like office support experience
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service/support skills
- Proficient MSWord and Outlook skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
