Coraopolis area company in need of a part-time Accounting Assistant.

Duties to include:

  • Processing of A/P and A/R
  • General ledger prep
  • Preparation of spreadsheets and general reports
  • Customer/client support
  • Other related admin/clerical support duties

Requirements:

  • Previous like experience a must
  • Proficient QuickBooks and Excel skills
  • Any payroll prep via Paychex is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills

NOTE: This is a 16-20 hours per week schedule
