Coraopolis area company in need of a part-time Accounting Assistant.
Duties to include:
- Processing of A/P and A/R
- General ledger prep
- Preparation of spreadsheets and general reports
- Customer/client support
- Other related admin/clerical support duties
Requirements:
- Previous like experience a must
- Proficient QuickBooks and Excel skills
- Any payroll prep via Paychex is a plus
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
NOTE: This is a 16-20 hours per week schedule
