Pittsburgh (Coraopolis) area company in need of an Administrative Assistant to support the smooth operation of their office by assisting with both administrative and recruiting tasks.

Responsibilities:

· Provide comprehensive support to the entire team by streamlining processes and facilitating effective communication.

· Keep the office organized by maintaining inventory and supply levels ensuring that all materials are readily available for team use.

· Take charge of managing staff and team meeting notes, preparing activity reports, and updating process documents.

· Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, maintaining accurate employee contact information, and tracking important dates.

· Conduct thorough research to find contact information for prospective candidates.

· Handle the ordering of promotional items and marketing materials.

· Organize training sessions, workshops, and other educational activities to enhance team skills and knowledge.

· Accurately record submissions and interviews in a timely manner, maintaining detailed records to support the recruitment process.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred.

· Previous administrative or HR/recruiting coordinator experience required.

· Strong work ethic and organizational skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proactive and able to work independently.

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
