Pittsburgh area transportation company is in need of an H.R./Benefits Administrator.
Responsibilities to include:
- Recruit, interview, and hire qualified applicants for open positions
- Benefits and compensation: Administer pay, benefits, and leave
- Develop, promote, and enforce company policies and practices
- Build trust and boost morale by listening to employee concerns and planning initiatives
- Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training
- Create and distribute internal communications
- May assist with payroll processing, including bi-weekly and semi-monthly updates to employee files
- Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of the employee handbook
Requirements:
- 3+ years of like experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient MSOffice skills; working knowledge of Paylocity a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
