Pittsburgh area transportation company is in need of an H.R./Benefits Administrator. 

Responsibilities to include:

  • Recruit, interview, and hire qualified applicants for open positions
  • Benefits and compensation: Administer pay, benefits, and leave 
  • Develop, promote, and enforce company policies and practices
  • Build trust and boost morale by listening to employee concerns and planning initiatives
  • Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training
  • Create and distribute internal communications
  • May assist with payroll processing, including bi-weekly and semi-monthly updates to employee files
  • Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of the employee handbook 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of like experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient MSOffice skills; working knowledge of Paylocity a plus
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
