Carnegie area group is in need of an Accounting Assistant.  Selected candidate will be responsible for tracking incoming contributions and applying them to the appropriate accounts; performing monthly reconciliations for subsequent month invoicing. 

Requirements:

·         Previous like accounting (Accounts Receivable) experience.

·         Strong problem solving and multitasking skills

·         Excellent attention to details

·         Proficient software skills with ability to learn new software as needed

NOTE:  Schedule is 6 hours per day during training (4 weeks or so) then moves to 8 hours per day.
