Pittsburgh (Shadyside) area medical office is in need of a professional candidate for the role of  Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.

Duties to include:

·         Meet and greet all patients and visitors

·         Answer and distribute incoming calls

·         Scheduling and calendar management

·         Preparation of general reports and correspondence

·         A variety of related general office support and clerical duties

Requirements:

·         Previous like front desk/customer support experience

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Proficient MSWord and Outlook skills

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

NOTE:  Selected will need to work in South Hills and North Hills office as needed…rare occasion
