Pittsburgh area company has an immediate need for an Office Assistant in their H.R. Department. The selected candidate will assist with a variety of functions related to an upcoming project deadline.

Duties to include:

• Maintain electronic file system
• Preparation of general reports and spreadsheets
• Answer incoming calls and provide needed information
• General scheduling
• A variety of general admin and clerical support duties

Requirements:

• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient MSOffice skills
• Team player willing to help when/where needed

NOTE:  Experience within an H.R. Dept setting is a plus but NOT required.
