Pittsburgh area non-profit is in need of an H.R. Assistant.

Duties to include:

·         Processing new hire paperwork

·         Schedule and assist with new employee orientations

·         Assist in preparing WC claims

·         Preparation of general correspondence and spreadsheets

·         Calendar management

·         A variety of related admin and office support duties


·         Previous like experience within an HR department setting is strongly preferred

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Proficient MSOffice skills

·         Strong organizational and multitasking skills

·         Team player
