Pittsburgh (Northside area) CPA group is in need of an experienced Administrative Assistant.

Duties to include:

  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Phone coverage and client support
  • Preparation of general correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations
  • Assist with various projects to include putting together tax return packets, etc.
  • Stepping in to help other departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of recent like administrative support experience
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient MSOffice skills (esp. Word and Excel)
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Team player willing to assist where needed
