Pittsburgh (Northside area) CPA group is in need of an experienced Administrative Assistant.
Duties to include:
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Phone coverage and client support
- Preparation of general correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations
- Assist with various projects to include putting together tax return packets, etc.
- Stepping in to help other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of recent like administrative support experience
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient MSOffice skills (esp. Word and Excel)
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Team player willing to assist where needed
