Pittsburgh area consulting firm is in need of an experienced Office Manger/Executive Assistant.

Duties to include:

·         Coordinate and schedule all office support vendors and suppliers

·         Maintain subscriptions for periodicals, software licenses and various memberships

·         Field general incoming business calls  

·         Build relationships with all members of our client base

·         Proofread and assemble proposals  

·         Maintain and make small edits to company website

·         Organize conferences and special events

·         Oversee the major assignments of all staff members and provide needed assistance

·         Serve as the primary liaison with remote staff

·         Control calendar of company partner to include setting meeting appointments and sending teleconference invitations and attachments for teleconferences  

·         Preparation of general business correspondence and reports


·         Previous like Exec Admin/Office Manager experience

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Proficient MSOffice skills

·         Strong organizational, proofreading and multi-tasking skills
