Pittsburgh area commercial services provider is in need of a Franchise Development Manager.   An ideal candidate is someone who understands the potential of an opportunity with dynamic growth who can mentor, coach, motivate and execute our program.

Responsibilities to include: 

·         Build relationships with franchisees

·         Build relationships with our customers and drive customer retention

·         Conduct on-site customer inspections

·         Train and develop our current franchisees

·         Handle the start-up of service to new customers

·         Train new franchisees

·         Conduct quarterly meetings with franchisees


·         Bilingual: English & Spanish strongly preferred

·         Be able to multitask with ease

·         Be able to effectively and efficiently resolve a wide range of cleaning issues

·         Ability to present and hold training classes from power point files (will train the right candidate)

·         Computer skills including ability to navigate the internet, email, Microsoft Word and Excel.

·         Reliable & hardworking

·         Great Customer Service

·         Communication skills and the ability to get along with people from diverse backgrounds

·         Willing to work evenings and when needed for hands on training as needed
