Financial Analyst ($58,000-60,000 per year)

Wexford area investment group is in need of an experienced Financial Analyst.

Duties to include:

· Assisting in preparation, coordination, and documentation of financial analysis projects

· Assists in financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts

· Assists in the preparation of forecasts and analysis of trends

Requirements:

· 5+ years of financial markets experience

· Strong accounting skills

· Ability to run and analyze financial reports

· Proficient Excel and QuickBooks experience; Yardi is a plus

· Professional verbal and written communication skills
