Wexford area professional services group is in need of a part-time Administrative Assistant.
Duties to include:
· Interact on the phone and in person with clients
· Prepare letters, forms and spreadsheets
· Generate reports for client meetings
· Utilize software to input and track commissions
· Process and follow up with account maintenance
· Upload and maintain documents
· Ability to complete on-line banking and QuickBooks
· Ability to learn and adapt to new software
· Maintain filing system
· Maintain office and common area supplies
· Handle tasks on a personal assistant level such as errands, returns, etc.
· Any other ad hoc duties to support the team
Requirements:
· Previous administrative support experience
· Professional verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient MSOffice skills (heavy general Excel usage)
· Proficient with QuickBooks (input, reconcile, print checks and statements)
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Team player willing to help when/where needed
· Must be able to work alone in office
NOTE: This is a 20-24 hours per week schedule
