Wexford area manufacturing company is in need of an Office Assistant.

Duties to include:

· Support department by updating documents related to pending Sales / Work Order.

· Create and update Bill of Materials in MRP system.

· Track and follow-up on customer job approvals.

· Track and follow-up on customer job approvals

· Help with organizing and determining selections of products/units.

· Vet orders to identify all information and documentation are present for work to begin.

· Work within the system to identify legacy items that will need to be update to current offering.

· Perform other related work as assigned by Manager

Requirements:

· Excellent inter-personal and professional communication skills

· Strong data entry skills

· Proficient MSWord and Excel skills

· Willing to learn new software as related to MRP system.

· Strong attention to detail Attention to detail

· Pleasant phone voice, neat professional appearance.
